Lunar Luxury provides spiritual consulting services including Tarot readings, Vedic Kundli analysis, Reiki energy healing, and ceremonial ritual work ("Services"). All Services are of a spiritual and metaphysical nature. Lunar Luxury does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 and above.
Spiritual work is non-tangible and outcomes are subjective. Lunar Luxury does not guarantee specific results from any reading, ritual, or energetic protocol. Client experiences vary significantly based on individual circumstances, receptivity, and factors beyond our control. Testimonials shared on this site reflect individual client experiences and are not representative of universal outcomes.
Reading sessions (Tarot, Kundli, Reiki): If a session has not yet been conducted, a full refund may be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once a session has been conducted, no refund is applicable.
Ceremonial Ritual work (₹51,000+): Due to the bespoke and resource-intensive nature of ritual protocols, payments for ceremonial work are non-refundable once the assessment and protocol design phase has commenced. If, after the initial assessment, the Oracle determines that no external interference is present, you will be informed plainly and charged only for the assessment reading — not the full ritual fee.
Reading sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 12 hours notice via WhatsApp. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will forfeit the session fee. For ritual protocols, cancellation after the assessment phase forfeits the assessment fee. The balance ritual payment is only collected after the assessment confirms the need for intervention.
All personal information shared with Lunar Luxury — including birth details, situation descriptions, relationship information, and WhatsApp communications — is treated with absolute confidentiality. Your data is never sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party under any circumstances.
Kaal AI conversations are not logged, stored, or reviewed by any member of the Lunar Luxury team. They are ephemeral by design.
Payment transactions are processed directly via UPI and do not pass through any third-party data aggregator.
Lunar Luxury, its practitioners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on our Services. By engaging our Services, clients acknowledge the subjective nature of spiritual work and accept full responsibility for decisions made based on guidance received.
All content on this website — including the Sovereign Geometry Protocol framework, Smaran framework, written articles, imagery, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Lunar Luxury. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
Lunar Luxury reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
