1 · Who we are

TRIKĀLA is a Vedic-astrology engine and consultation service operated by Pardeep Sehrawat (काल गैंग) under the Lunar Luxury brand. The engine is published under DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19772300.

2 · What we provide

• Free Reading — auto-generated 17-section Vedic chart PDF.
• Single Question (₹99) — free chart + 1 chart-justified answer.
• Deep-Dive Report (₹999) — Trikoṇa Algebra framework + α-time gate + action plan.
• Oracle Laksha Consult (₹6,999) — live audio/video session with Tarot overlay.
• The Architect Consult (₹11,999) — live session with Witch's-Runes (Gypsy) overlay + 14/90/180-day plan.
• Astrologer Tools 99-pack (₹9,999) — B2B API + brand template + 99 reports.

3 · Eligibility

You must be 18 or older (or legally of age in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. The service is not intended for minors.

4 · Nature of the service · NOT advice

TRIKĀLA produces computational astrology output: Sanskrit calculations rendered into a structured report. The output is informational and reflective. It is not:

• Medical advice — for symptoms or conditions, consult a doctor.
• Mental health advice — for distress, consult a licensed therapist or call a crisis line.
• Financial advice — for investments, consult a SEBI-registered advisor.
• Legal advice — for legal matters, consult a lawyer.
• Marriage advice with binding force — chart compatibility is one input among many.

You agree that decisions you make in your life are your decisions. We provide context; you provide judgement.

5 · Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm others.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the engine or PDF generator.
• Resell free or paid reports without B2B licensing (Tools-99-pack).
• Generate reports for fictional or impossible birth dates / coordinates with intent to deceive.
• Use the service for stalking — entering someone else's birth data without their consent is prohibited.

6 · Intellectual property

The engine, framework, and content are © 2026 Pardeep Sehrawat / Lunar Luxury, except:

• The Trikoṇa Algebra Framework Paper (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19683827) is published openly under the noted license.
• Sanskrit names, mantras, and traditional terms are public domain.
• Your own birth data and the chart computed from it are yours — we claim no rights over your janma-kuṇḍalī.

7 · Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay in INR. You authorize the charge by clicking "Pay" and confirming on Razorpay's checkout. We never see card / UPI / netbanking credentials.

Chart reports are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment and are non-refundable. Live consultation sessions (Laksha, Architect tiers) may be rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time by emailing hello@lunarluxury.in. See full refund policy.

8 · Data protection · DPDP Act 2023

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), your birth data is processed entirely in your browser. No birth data is stored on our servers for Free, Single Question, Kundli Milan, or Deep-Dive tiers. Consult and subscription tiers retain birth data only for the duration of the engagement and delete it on request.

9 · Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime. Outages, maintenance windows, and Vercel / Razorpay / Supabase incidents may interrupt service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from such interruptions.

10 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRIKĀLA's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for:

• Decisions you make based on the report.
• Losses (financial, emotional, relational) you experience after a consultation.
• Inaccuracies caused by incorrect birth data you supplied.
• Third-party service outages (Razorpay, Supabase, Vercel).

10 · Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend an account if it violates section 5. Pre-paid live consults remain valid for 90 days; if you fail to schedule, the slot lapses (no refund per section 3 of the refund policy).

11 · Governing law + dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be attempted through informal resolution (email + WhatsApp). If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in New Delhi, India per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12 · Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to registered users 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the change is acceptance.
